I contacted Kristen at Wearable Imaging and she got right to solving the problem. It turned out the Vendor did not send the Eye Masks in the correct bags. Not only did Wearable Imaging have the Eye Masks picked up and placed in the correct bags, they also had the Eye Masks re-done with our Logo on the nicer bag and added a couple other items as their apology for the issue with the order."
